To help provide the quality services Fund members deserve, BCAM is marketed through a network of highly qualified independent insurance agencies throughout Mississippi.
To obtain a workers' compensation quote, appointed agencies should send a fully completed Acord application to BCAM's service company (Amfed Insurance Companies) by fax (601-427-1535) to the attention of BCAM Underwriting Department or e-mail to misi.moreland@amfed.com.
On line 1 of Application Checklist, verify that the prospect is a member of one of our sponsoring associations Home Builders Associations of Mississippi (HBAM) or Mississippi Associated Builders and Contractors (MSABC). Indicate on our BCAM checklist form which association they are a member of. If they are not a member of one of these associations, they must join one in order to purchase our workers' compensation insurance. We will, however, admit a new member if they are in the process of joining one of these associations.
Upon completion, please send all of these documents and a check for the premium or escrow deposit to the address noted at the top of your checklist. Checks should be made payable to BCAM.
